MCM Podcast Studio is part of MCM Creative, located at 253 West 28th Street, 3rd and 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" refer to MCM Creative.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a booking inquiry, we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, show or company name, preferred dates and times, and anything you write in the message box. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, schedule and confirm sessions, send invoices and session details, and keep in touch about your booking. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you news, invites and tips, no more than once a month. We also use site and ad data to understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it and our advertising.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

• Wix, which hosts this website and stores booking inquiries and newsletter signups.
• Brevo, which we use to send our email newsletter.
• YouTube, which hosts the videos embedded on our pages.
• WhatConverts, which helps us see which pages, ads and searches lead to booking inquiries and phone calls.
• Google, which runs our Google Ads and measures how they perform.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our business, our clients or others.

Cookies and analytics

Our website and the services above may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. Videos on our site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set YouTube cookies until you press play. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected without them.

We use WhatConverts to understand how people find us and which pages, ads and searches lead to inquiries, including form submissions and phone calls. To do this, the phone number shown on our site may be a tracking number that forwards to our main line. We use Google Ads to show ads for our studios on Google and its partner sites, and to measure which ads lead to visits and inquiries. Both may use cookies to recognize your browser across visits.

You can turn off personalized Google ads at any time in your Google Ad Settings.

Our email newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us at the address below.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
